AFTERNOON - ARRIVALS AND CHECK-IN
Welcome to Reunion, Florida. Time to settle in, unpack, meet the girls, and get comfortable. For everyone flying in, see if you're able to coordinate airport rides with your fellow Velvet Tee attendees whenever possible. Please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM Thursday. Draft night waits for no woman.
5:00 PM - WELCOME COCKTAILS
It's time to let your hair down, ladies - the weekend has officially begun. We'll meet at VT HQ (Murfield Loop) for cocktails, introductions, and your first taste of what's to be for the weekend ahead.
6:00 PM - PIZZA AND DRAFT NIGHT
We're keeping Thursday night fun and easy. Pizza, drinks, music, and absolutely no reason to behave like normal or responsible adults.
7:00 PM - THE INAUGURAL VELVET TEE DRAFT
The main event is here! Dress comfortably - and bring a swimsuit!
Four Captains. Four Teams. Sixteen Players.
And absolutely no control over where you end up.
Player scouting cards will be revealed, and the captains will make their selections. The Hookers, The Slice Girls, The Swingers, and The Pin-Ups will officially be born as teams. Come prepared for questionable scouting reports, strategic drafting, and an unreasonable amount of shit talking.
Once the final pick is made, meet and plan with your teammates, grab your team gear, and take your first official team photo. (This is also a great opportunity for you to begin convincing everyone else your team is going to win).
THURSDAY'S ONLY RULE: What happens before the first tee time cannot be used as an excuse for what happens the next day on the first tee.

MORNING - SLEEP IN AND RECOVER
No alarms. Sleep in. When you're ready, come to VT HQ, bring your swimsuit and lay by the pool. Hydrate and contemplate whatever decisions were made on Draft Night.
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM BRUNCH/LUNCH AT VT HQ
The girls will be cooking. Easy food at the house before golfing. This is the time to eat, hydrate, and start getting ready.
1:15 PM - DEPART FOR THE NICKLAUS COURSE
1:30 PM - CHECK IN, WARM UP AND TEAM PHOTOS
2:00 PM - ROUND ONE - NICKLAUS COURSE
Nine Holes today, ladies. Tournament Play. Scramble.
The inagural Velvet Tee Cup officially begins!
TEE TIME #1 - 2:00 PM
TEE TIME #2 - 2:10 PM
TEE TIME #3 - 2:20 PM
TEE TIME #4 - 2:30 PM
*Friday's pairings and matchups will be announced following Thursday night's draft.
Points earned today count towards the Velvet Tee Cup - so yea, it's kind of serious golf.
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM ROUND COMPLETE
Turn in scorecards, update standings, and determine which teams have earned their bragging rights from today. This'll also determine which groups need to regroup immediately, ha.
EVENING: DINNER OUT - STK, DISNEY SPRINGS (TENTATIVE)
Freshen up and be ready for dinner out on the town at 7:30 pm. This dinner is self-pay. If location changes, this will be updated.
AFTER DINNER - FREE RANGE
Back to the house, pool time? Run through the sprinklers? Early bedtime? Bar on the 13th floor? Who knows...it could be provocative, or you could be the responsible one going to bed.
FRIDAY'S RULE: NINE HOLES IS PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE A NAME FOR YOURSELF - OR COMPLETELY RUIN YOUR GOLF REPUTATION. MAY THE ODDS BE IN YOUR FAVOR. BEST PART, NO ONE REALLY CARES.
CHAMPIONSHIP SATURDAY
Eighteen holes. Everything on the line. Hot weather. Hotter golfers. One team will leave with the Velvet Tee Cup!
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM - BREAKFAST AT VT HQ
Coffee. Breakfast. Hydration. Advil? - for those who required divine intervention after Friday night.
Today is the big one, ladies, so eat, and drink some water, or a mimosa.
9:00 AM - TEAMS GET READY
Bring everything you need today including your team spirit. Today, we'll find out who can actually golf, and who's going to win. Put your best smile on for some team photos of the final day!
9:30 AM - DEPART FOR THE COURSE. CHECK-IN, WARM UP
Range, putting green, cart loading, final strategies. Also your last opportunity to blame your equipment before the round begins. This is another scramble round!
10:40 AM - CHAMPIONSHIP DAY ROUND - WATSON COURSE

When the round ends - final scorecards will be turned in (person TBD for tally)
6:30 PM - HIBACHI NIGHT AT THE HOUSE WITH CHEF NINJA (promise you he's good)
Tonight, we celebrate having played golf in 90-degree heat for two days. We have a private Hibachi Chef, good cocktails, good laughs, stories, and the group being together for the final night. Come dressed comfortable and celebration-ready.
9:-00 PM - THE VELVET TEE AWARDS
It's time to recognize excellence. And potentially behavior that made the weekend one to remember.
We will announce the weekend's awards including: Trap Queen, Delulu Award, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, the Bless Her Heart Award, The Gone Girl Award, Best Scouting Report Award, and MVP. And of course, the winner of the 2027 Velvet Tee Cup!
The winning team will be revealed and officially presented with the Velvet Tee Cup Award. This earns you bragging rights for an entire year, and a hell of a celebration.
AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE: No more pairings to worry about. No alarms for golf. No reason whatsoever to even behave. Way to go, girls - you did it!
SATURDAY'S RULE: LEAVE IT ALL ON THE COURSE.

Good morning, you fine champions. Sleep in, and wander down or over whenever you're ready. We'll have breakfast, coffee, and a few more laughs together before you head home. Sunday morning may include any clarification of events for which your memory may be incomplete.
No rush on anything - just the women who made the first Velvet Tee Cup what it was.
